Dear Sir/ Madam

Would you be so kind to check if the order RP857788896CN still in Lebanon. It s destination is Serbia and I am confused why is it still in Lebanon? It s been more than two weeks in Lebanon.

Hi Dragan Arsic,

The package is not normal. The destination is Serbia, but it was in Lebanon and the delivery was arranged on Jan. 30. It's still there and tracking information shows it's waiting to pick up in Lebanon. You'd better contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution about this.
