Says my parcel has been out for delivery for three days now and it has been received at the DISTRIBUTION Center where I live. The population of my town is below 3000 people and there is no Distribution center. Is this just going to be another scam or where is my parcel.

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, but
it seems the parcel is stuck in the same city.
Arriving at the sorting center, dispatched, then comeback again.
Is there some kind of delivery restriction in some parts of China?

My package is in out for delivery for 10 days now and I haven’t received it. Another thing is why I can’t see what local carrier will delivery it, it will be much more easy. My order number is AM104513312CN
