Hi it says on the tracking out for delivery on 13th may and their onwards no update. Can’t find which local uk compnay is handling this delivery and how do I chase this parcel. Can’t find which someone tell me who I can contact to get it delivered or deemed lost

It's not normal for it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check what happends to it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
