Hello I have a package that been stuck at Zhengzhou Terminal for over 2 months now. Is there a problem at Zhengzhou Terminal the keeping my package from moving.

I just checked my package progress and after three weeks with no updates, it looks like it's being returned to seller/sender. Can you please check for me. Thank you.
