Package stuck at Zhengzhou City for 16 days, is this normal?

Hello, my tracking number is UT961992304CN.
I ordered two cases from aliexpress with destination to Greece.
The last update the tracking got was at 18th of January, saying that the package was leaving Zhengzhou City and heading to Zhengzhou International.
It has been over half a month since the last update the tracking got.
Has the item shipped? Is it on its was to Greece? Has the seller even shipped the package?
What should I do?

Hey Daisy, I believe it’s with yodel and/or DPX the item was purchased from AliExpress and told to track with one world or 17 track JD0002210164177029. I’ve never waited so long for an item I’m told by the seller I will receive my package this week but I’m skeptical as It hasn’t moved.

Hello I have a package and it's stuck in Zhengzhou City. On July 18th I received this Zhengzhou City, delivered to airlines for transportation. Tracking number is LY357410553CN.. how long do I have to wait for the package.
It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after Jan. 18. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
