2 SAL parcels stuck Shanghai >35 days vs New parcel arrived. Warehouse backlog?

Hello, I have a critical issue with 3 parcels sent to Peru via SAL. The newest one arrived, but the two older ones are stuck in Shanghai.

1. THE SUCCESS (Proof route is working):

CP530882824CN: Exported Jan 15 -> Arrived at Destination Jan 22. (Took 7 days).

2. THE STUCK PARCELS (Please check Shanghai Warehouse):

CP530882342CN: Exported Dec 17. Status: "Direct export seal". Stuck for 37+ days.

CP530715296CN: Exported Jan 02. Status: "Direct export seal". Stuck for 21+ days.

Since the new parcel (Jan 15) already arrived, the older parcels seem trapped in a backlog at the Shanghai International Exchange Bureau. They are not moving to the carrier.

Please verify if these older sacks were left behind in the warehouse. One contains a late Christmas gift. Thank you.

I shipped 2 parcels on the 13th of April and they have been stuck on 'Shanghai, arriving at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)' for one month now.
I shipped 2 more parcels on the 22nd of April (after the previous two) and these ones already arrived and were delivered to me.

It does not take 1 month to transfer from Hangzhou to Shanghai.. from previous experience it always updates in one day to say 'arrived in Shanghai'

Do you know whats happening with these parcels, were they lost while transferring?

Hello,
From the tracking code（CP230287395CN，CP418547963CN，CP230287400CN）, all of my three parcels are stuck in transit to Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station and they have been sitting in Shanghai for almost two months. No update nor change since then. I know COVID is messing with things, but it's been two months. Could you please let me know if there is a problem with the parcel shipment? Are they in Shanghai waiting for vessel ?
