The seller told me, "According to post office, the package might be delayed owning to random custom clearance. We are sorry to inform you that this happens and it is very frustrating and truly out of our control."
Then they offered to resend me the same order or refund, but i can't accept either of the two options.

It may be delayed for 15 days at most. If you couldn't get it before the 20th, Nov. you'd better accept one of the seller's options to you. Or, you may get nothing get last.
It's a China Post Ordinary package. This kind of package couldn't be tracked when leaving the first station of China. So, you can't get more update about its status. This kind if package usually takes two months to reach. If you don't get it in two months, it's not normal. Better contact the sender to give you a solution as soon as possible.
