three of my parcels are stuck for over a week. all 3 of them in donguan at the status mail leaves the commercial center. can you probably tell me if this is normal? and how long it would take for the status to update. thx

It's normal for them. Due to the serious coronavirus situation in Guangdong now, packages are processed slowly. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
