My package from USPS has been recieved by customs in Chongqing over 10 days ago with no update. How long should I expect to wait for it to clear customs and be delivered?

Tracking number RZ097510446GB.
I have been tracking this small item from the UK to China, it has been stuck in customs for 5 days, opened and rewrapped by customs twice according to the tracking information.
Could you please locate and inform me of where it is at this moment .

My package arrived at customs on October 13th. Usually customs clearance only takes 2-3 days, but for this package, it took over 2 weeks. Eventually, on October 28th, the package was reported to be cleared from customs. However, since clearing customs over a week and a half ago, the package's status has not been updated, where is it? Is it on its way to me? Is the address on the package incorrect? Any response would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
