50 Days stuck at *Handed Over to Carrier* since AUG 30 - Scammed? Lost?

Hi I am worried I am being scammed by the sender.
Please help confirm status of my package.
The sender is telling me that the scheduled flight for my package is CX520ZK and that EMS told them this information.
Please let me know if this is true from your end as you are China Post.
Please let me know what is happening and why I am waiting more than 50 days for my package to get on an airplane.
I paid EMS for fast shipping not to wait 50 days for it to get on an airplane.
Other packages are arriving to Japan in normal times. What is happening with my package?

You need to let the seller check why it's delayed in China for so long time through contacting China Post directly. According to the tracking information, it was received by airline on October 18.
