A merchant sent a package to a wrong address, Please modify it before arriving

I have ordered an item on a Spanish apparel website, then the merchant wrongly shipped it to a wrong address. THe tracking number is "LR014524365CN" of CHINA POST, But it is untrackable. The shipper doesn't respond. ALthough the sHipper'S name is 洁蒲, email is '[email protected]'- IT always looks like using China Posts' irregular parcel (International e-Speed??) IT never appeared on USPS tracking website. I don'T know it appears on CHina post tracking website. I wish the address to be modifed to "1259 W. North SHore Ave, Unit B, CHicago IL 60626" - (Although it is incorrectly addressed as "1259 W. Devon Ave. ...." ) I'm not living in Devon Ave. I need to modify the shipping address! Please stop it!
