Hi I just want to know when will I receive my item ? It shows that it in transit for a while now. I just want to know what is going on.

Hi Astrid Raghubansie,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order on May 25 but hasn't handed it over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
