Helloi ordered from aliexpress this package to Turkey in november and over 2 mounth this doesn/t come to me doesn.t arrive me why? 06802434236 this is tracking number

Hi gunduz,

This package is sent by using China Post small packet plus. It couldn't be tracked when leaves the first station of China. As it's not registered, it's easy to be lost on the way. This kind of package usually takes two or three months to reach. If you couldn't get it in three months, it may be lost. Better open a dispute to get the refund.

Aliexpress tracking number 91094210311903258261 on route to New Zealand from China. Aliexpress website tracking shows this as still not reached New Zealand. But seller says the package was 'refused signed' when delivered in New Zealand. This is incorrect as package was never received or seen [tracking indicates the same]. I would like to know if there is any way to know where my package is.
I purchased a mouse off of AliExpress and when I go to the AliExpress tracking website it says "Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin(SG/SIN to MK/SKP)
