AT597644027CN, no reception of the parcel

Dear Sirs, your tracking report says, that this parcel was delivered on 28.12.2024 at 13:26 o'clock.
Can you provide any document which confirms this?
Which parcel service has delivered this parcel (German letter post or DHL or ...)?
I did NOT get this parcel! Was it lost in German "Briefzentrum"?
