hello my package has been stuck in transit from beijing to shanghai for about 10 days now, could i get some information/more detail on what is happening with my parcel please?

It's still in transit in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Will my package leave China soon? (2 replies)

About I month ago my parcel (EA523340902CN) was shipped out via China EMS (which was supposed to arrive to me within 7-10days). It's been about a month now. I understand that the coronavirus is causing a lot of delay, but can I expect to at least get my parcel something within this month? ;(
The lastest update that I can see shows that my parcel was sent to Shanghai International Station and returned back (to Beijing)? Can you tell me if there have been any new updates/if it has left China yet?
