Bulgarian Post

Hello!
Your tracking system shows that my package is in Bulgarian Post and "The shipment is not traceable, Only registered shipment is tracked". This status is the same for at least 45 days.
It seems it is stuck. Is there anyway to know about my package? I am from Brazil and my package should come to Brazil, not to Bulgaria.

Hi Alessandra Minali,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller open a case from the courier to check it for you.

What's weird is it's the second time this has happened. I've now learned china post stops at the customs and An post take over. So anything after entry to Ireland is handled by An post or courier.
NOT CHINA POST it's non existent after that
