Cannot find final mile delivery service of record

I have a china post package (ZA02247324501) that has been marked as delivered, but was not. I cannot find what company was supposed to do the final mile delivery, so I cannot ask them what happened to the package. I have contacted China post but received no response. Is there anything in your system that allows you to see what company conducted the final mile delivery? Thank you for any help you can provide.

It should be delivered by USPS after it arrives in the USA. According to the tracking information, ZA02247324501 was delivered on October 12. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
