CH107300492NL18 days already in stuck in LIEGE.. when are you gonna admit they don't know where it is?
I have nothing else, no customs notification, no tracking nr after Liege, it is handed over, to whom??? Who to claim?

It's still stuck in Liege now. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I have noticed that some people have a problem with shipments that arrived on 01.12 in Liege. I have a shipment that has been stuck in Liege since 1st December and is not moving. I also have a shipment that arrived in Liege on 02.12 and has already been delivered to the destination coutry. Therefore, the problem is not because of Covid-19. I first contacted the seller, then the post offices in Belgium and the Netherlands, and finally the airport and customs in Liege. No one can tell me why the shipment is stuck. I want some information, becouse there isn't logical explanation why the shipment from 01.12 in Liege is stucked and shipment from 02.12 in Liege is delivered in destination country.
