Parcel stuck for three months?

Hi,
I have a parcel stuck in Liege since 22 November 2020, no news since then. Tracking number is 5P33C11688130.
Luckily I got a refund, but I'd like to know if there can still be hope, or something happened (maybe package lost) for sure. On Dec/Jan I ordered some items that arrived with no problems, and they've been in Liege aswell.. so this is weird

What we could see is it has been stuck in Liege since Nov.22. It's not normal that it's stuck there for so long time. It may be lost. You need open a dispute to get refund or contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

5P33C11688130 is not a right tracking number. What's the courier for it. I couldn't find any tracking information for it.
