Packages stuck in transit for 2 months(LZ748957174CN)

Hi the parcel tracking info of this parcel and my other parcels has not updated in over 2 months. The max. estimated delivery time of 20 days has also passed. Could you give my an estimate of when the package should be deliverd?

Hi ferryray,

e-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. It should be delayed greatly. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if you could receive it.
