Hi my parcel with tracking ID CM419783481IN was sent back. As shown the details are seen only till 17 Jan and the onwards details are not there. So I just want to know further details about the item
need to contact freight forwarding agent in Auckland New Zealand to clarify address details regarding Ali Express items which are showing "delivery fail due to incomplete address"- the address details are correct but in format not acceptable to NZ Post. Would be easy fix -remove one word "Karekare" from address in current format and it would conform- if I could contact shipping agent who picks items up from NZ Customs before they are transferred to NZ Post but nobody in NZ knows how to contact agent. Hope you can help
