Current Status of the shipping not clear

Good morning,
I've made a purchase of an item that has been sent to me witht the code: CP514861953CN
The last status update I got was "Transferring at transfer station" the 26th december 2024.
It's not clear to me wether the package is still in Chiana or in Europe/Italy.
Could you kindly update me on where the package is and how much more time it will aproximately take to arrive?

Hello, I would like to request help checking the status of my two parcels.

Tracking numbers:
CP556342818CN
CP553952112CN

Both parcels were shipped with China Post SAL and have been in transit with no clear update for a long time. I understand that international shipping can have delays, especially to Brazil, but I need more detailed information because these parcels are important and I need them before June 20-23.

Please check with the carrier if possible and confirm:

1. Have the parcels already left China?
2. Are they still waiting for a flight?
3. Are they stuck at export customs?
4. Is there any issue with the parcels?
5. Is there any estimated time for the next update?

I am not asking for a guaranteed delivery date, I just need a clearer status update because I am worried about the long delay.
