Custom clearance

My parcel of clothes to be returned to its sender - RY270146918GB has been with customs for two weeks.

Can you please confirm when this will be processed.

Hi Denise Hallinan,

You'd better wait for more days for the customs to release it. Sometimes, it takes a month for it to be released.

I bought fishing reels and rods from Japan and sent to my agency’s address in Fusan, Guangzhou, China. Currently, some packages are arriving in custom, Guangzhou custom post.
I didn’t check properly with my agency. Unfortunately, they don’t have custom clearance service.
