Can I pay the custom fee by Visa card?

I bought fishing reels and rods from Japan and sent to my agency’s address in Fusan, Guangzhou, China. Currently, some packages are arriving in custom, Guangzhou custom post.
I didn’t check properly with my agency. Unfortunately, they don’t have custom clearance service.
So, for this case, can I pay the custom fee by Visa card? If it’s possible, please kindly send me a link to email: email@example.com

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system () to check and declare.

I already contact to my agent for helping to connect the link as mentioned above but they didn’t help me.
I really need to know what is the requirement from the custom and what should I do for releasing my products from the custom. I tried to contact and ask my agent for help but they couldn’t. So, could you tell me a contact number of custom office? I will contact the custom directly for any solution.

I have shipped fishing rods and reels for 6 boxes. After my products were arrived in custom, I tried to connect with my receiver to contact with custom post but they didn’t. As of today, the receiver informed me that all of my products were returned to Japan. Is it true?

After getting your recommendation, yesterday, I asked my receiver, LODA Express, to connect with custom post for verifying my packages.
As result of today, my receiver inform me that all of my packages are arranged to return to Japan by custom officer. All the packages are not allowed to released from the custom post, informed by custom officer, due to late payment of custom fee.
For this issue, I am really sorry and please forgive me. I tried all the best to negotiate my receiver to release my packages since they were arrived. Because, LODA Express has no clearance custom fee services that’s why I take more times to find other help and supporting.
Based on this, please do not return my packages back and allow my receiver, LODA Express, to release my packages from the custom.
