Custom review failed for EC165429746BE, how to know the reason

Hello,
I have sent a package EC165429746BE from France to China. After it’s being held by custom, I have sent the invoice to my recipient to do the declaration online but the custom review is failed. May I know the reason why and how can I do to clear custom because the invoice is already submitted but still failed? What will happen if the custom can’t be clear then? Please any help is truly appreciate.

Sorry, we don't know that. You need to contact the seller to ask what the customs said about the reason why it was failed. If it couldn't be passed the check, it may be returned back to you.

Package says "inbound failed" (2 replies)

My package sent from Peking to Berlin via SF.Express. says "inbound failed" after it is out for delivery in Germany.
I would like to know what exactly does this mean, like shouldn't inbound failed means that the package is stuck at custom? Is it even possible that a package is inbound failed after it is out for delivery?
Also, I would like to have suggestions on what to do and who to contact next.

Why does it says delivery failed with no reason. Can you please see what’s wrong with my order and it can not be delivered
