CY011161383CN Stuck in Loop within China

Hi
Can I find out why is it shipping around China? From Da Lian it has gone to Wuxi to Jinzhou back to Da Lian.
Then From Da Lian it goes to Wuxi then to Shenyang and now it is back to Da Lian.
When will it leave China?

My package (LX042463962CN) seems to be stuck in a loop going from
Tianyi Processing Center ---> Beijing International Mail Exchange Station ---> returned ---> Tianyi Processing Center and so on
This has gone on 3 times now the sender has tried to resolve this but hasn't been able to get any answers on their end.
Is there anyway I can request the package to go back to the sender so they can go threw another courier? or contact china post somehow?
