Package stuck in a loop


My package (LX042463962CN) seems to be stuck in a loop going from
Tianyi Processing Center ---> Beijing International Mail Exchange Station ---> returned ---> Tianyi Processing Center and so on
This has gone on 3 times now the sender has tried to resolve this but hasn't been able to get any answers on their end.
Is there anyway I can request the package to go back to the sender so they can go threw another courier? or contact china post somehow?
I didn't pay for my package to be stuck in a loop and not be shipped

Hi Geoff.M,

You can only require the seller to use another courier send it once it's returned back to the seller. It didn't pass the check for two times and are still in transit in China now. You can only wait for more days to see.
Unfortunately this does not answer my question.
As I have said both myself and the sender are trying to get it sent back to them so we can use a different courier service.

So to our original question, Can we request it to be returned since it is stuck in a loop?
