delayed item (no update since 22 days ago)

Hi,
I used Express service by Australia post which should have finished the delivery no more than 12days. However there's no status update since 5th, Jan. I've contacted Australia post and they required me to log an investigation via China post too. Could you advise me how i can do that? The tracking number is ET152646177AU.

Hi Camellia,

It's still in transit and hasn't been arrived. Once it arrives in China, there will be update. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
