Still awaiting delivery,I have house security and no one has been near my house. Where is the proof of delivery ?

What's the tracking number? If it has been delivered but you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. The seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
