i am trying to trace an item which states that it has been delivered but it has not been delivered at given address.
this is the 2nd time i have reached out to you regarding this same issue.
please can you reply asap as to where my package is as it is not with me.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
