I have sent emails to you to complain twice that I have not received my package. Finally getting a tracking order tonight from the PayPal site I ordered and it says that you have delivered my package at a ridiculous time five days ago. That is not the case and it has not been delivered. I am going to take legal action. This is my order number. GZ9000036292YQ

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
