I ordered 4 items on 12-2. It is now 12/31 and I still do not have them. On the website it says it delivered, however on the Shop App where i ordered it says it still is in transit. I have tried contacting the seller with no luck. This is very frustrating.

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
