The package I have ordered and tracked has not been delivered, despite saying it has been.

Can I have a resolution on this, please>?

Waiting for answers for 2 questions. Checked to see if there were answers and found both question were removed without being answers. I think it should be known that this is a terrible operation and should never order from them or any business associated with them. When they don't have an answer they just discard the question. Good luck dealing with this business that has no business sense.
