China Post will send it again. But you also need to notice the receiver to call the courier man's phone 17688837388 to get it in time. There may be problem for the adderss or the receiver didn't receive the call the last time the courier delivered it.

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, but
