Hello I have a package that left China on October 17 and since that date is registered in transit between China and Canada on your site.... I want to know whether or not my package is on its way and where is it returned??

It's in transit to Canada now. There will be update when it arrives in Canada. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
