Hi my package has been “Cleared and awaiting international departure
GUANGZHOU (CN)” since September 21st and I’m wondering how long it will take to be shipped.

Hi Sd,

It was delivered to air transport on Sep. 21 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, but
it seems the parcel is stuck in the same city.
Arriving at the sorting center, dispatched, then comeback again.
Is there some kind of delivery restriction in some parts of China?
