Hello. I haven't received my shipment, item ZA03816523901, even though your website states it was delivered. Who in Poland delivered it and confirmed receipt, and under what tracking number? Regards.

It should be delivered by your local post service. In normal, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Poland. Then, use the number to check with your local post service about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
