Did my package get lost?

Hi I recently just ordered something (tracking: LY384043377CN) and I have an app for it and it says it was in New York. I thought that was weird so I went onto the website to check the tracking and it says it just got delivered by I have not received my package for 3 days. I want to know if there’s a way to get my package? Thanks
It was delivered to the mailbox at 2:46 pm on September 1, 2020 in FRESNO, CA 93723.
