Do I contact my local post office regarding delivery of a e-ems package?

Apparently they tried to deliver a package and were unsuccessful. I found no note on my door or in my mailbox. I don’t know who to call???

Hi Gail,

You can call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask for re-delivery.

I called my local mail service and my package has been delivered.
I really like the top I purchased but it is too small. I would like to exchange for an extra large. How do I do this?
