My grandparents sent a package of birthday gifts for my 6 year old daughter. When I try to submit my information, the form asks for a Chinese Identification Number, which I dont have. My passport number, social security and drivers license numbers do not work. What should i do?

My EXPRESS mail containing documents was sent out a month ago and I still have not received it or got any updates. Tried calling China post - people providing English language services don't speak English.
Sender also tried to get information about the location of my documents - nothing
Where are they???? I understand that Covid-19 makes things slower, but more than a month for a service that usually takes less than a week??? really????
