The package in question has been shipped with EMS, but it has been stuck in the ”Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier transport” status for over 10 days. I had a couple of other packages shipped with EMS just a couple of weeks ago, and they have already arrived, what could be the problem?

The tracking hasn't updated in 11 days, and in that time it has been stuck in ''Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier transport'', and I am becoming worried, because a couple of my other packages shipped with EMS have gone through in no time, while this one hasn't received any updates.

My package was shipped September 10th. It has been stuck on “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” since September 13th(It’s been stuck for 36 days). And the sender has confirmed that they shipped it out. Can anyone see why it’s stuck? Tracking #CP427580361CN
