My parcel number is EJ272331943AU.
It had sent from Australia at 26th March. There are new purchased things from Australia and don't even open manufacturer packages including laptop and iwatch.
The Australian post didn't inform us that is not possible to receive laptop through post and we didn't know it might be rejected to receive or returned. If you look at tracking way, you can easily see the how many times my parcel sent to the SHANGKHAI post and Beijing post from the beginning. I wonder if the Australian post mistakenly sent the laptop which is not allowed to China, why China can not return it ASAP to Australia? I am a poor student who bought things with my all savings and tired of waiting for at least returted to the sender.
What should I do? When it will end? Please return my parcel to the sender.

I returned shoes from Australia using Australia Post - tracking #LK244558884AU for a refund on 23/6/25 to
LV Wenjing, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, CITY-Ningbo, ZIP CODE-315100, PROVINCE - Zhejiang CHINA
The parcel is showing as being in customs and the company I returned parcel to says there is nothing they can do.
Australia Post cannot help.
Can this please be investigated and parcel released to LV Wenjing?

Is there any possibility that my parcel could be sent to Australia, not as it is incorrectly written Austria?
My correct address is 1087 Forest Rd Wirrabara, SA 5481, South Australia, Australia.
If not, could you please let me know who I need to contact?
