Ems Package stuck at airline since late august

Hi there! My package EB751438470CN has not had an update since august 24th. My agent has been keeping an eye on it and was told it was not lost but is it normal for it to talk more than 2 months? I had another package from the same agent sent out a week later and I’ve already received that one but it shipped out of Guangzhou. Looking for advice! Thank you!

Some packages may be delayed. You'd better wait for another 15 days to see. If you still couldn't receive it, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

My tracking number is S00000222948689. The last update I received was on the 23rd of August. It has been stuck on airline departure for over 4 weeks now, but on Aliexpress it says it's still in China.
