Hello,
My seller put in the wrong city in my address and when I track my order, it says returned.
What does this mean? Does it mean that it's been returned to the seller?

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on October 21. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
