Hello, the tracking number says that my parcel has been returned. Could you please help me find out if it was returned from customs or returned to the shipper? EV733145792CN

Hi Emily,

It's on the way back to the sender now. Due to the coronavirus situation in Zhengzhou city, China, the package is stuck in Zhengzhou now.

UW653021468CN is the tracking number. My parcel keeps on being returned everytime it reaches Shanghai. I am annoyed as this is the 5th time and at this rate I will never receive it.
