My other parcel non ems arrived but paid more for ems and still not arrived to Australia yet. When will it arrive?

Hi Sad,

It has left China and is in transit to Austrlia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. Due to the coronavirus, it takes about 15-25 working days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hello - my package LY187705658CN has been apparently stuck at the Guangzhou Airport since 4/29. There has not been any progress on the tracking information since this date. Is there any way to push it along? Or is there any thing that can be done? I understand that there's going to be delays due to COVID-19, but more than a month seems excessive. Thanks.
