PLEASE HELP!!!!
I order a guitar 6 month ago, I know covid19 causes delays, but now I track and am getting alert message return to right cast - this can not be good after reading definition. I have written to company and just keep getting run-around in email reply just to keep me calm, but NO results. At this point I am very, very sad and almost given up ALL hope. I think I have been cheated out of my money.

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on May 21. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
