How can you cancel it if I’ve paid for delivery??

Hi Guy,

It didn't pass the security check in China, so returned back to the sender. You can contact the seller to refund you as soon as possible.

Hi Victor p,

If it has been shipped, it couldn't be cancelled. You can only wait for it to reach your place and refuse to receive it.

I have a question about my parcel, last time I checked in USPS tracking it was in transit and that was on April 17. Now its May 4 and its still in transit. So I checked tracking on ChinaPost and it said that it was cancelled. Ive ordered from the same seller multiple times and never had a problem until now. Hi there,
I tried to send some belongings home to New Zealand while I was in Beijing. I've just tried tracking the parcel EA094736777CN and it tells me the export has been cancelled. can you please tell me where ny parcel is and how I go about getting it?
