Hee, I was wondering if you could help me out. I ordered a package 29th of November and I don't receive any tracking updates, the page is always blank and my retailer says I should look here for tracking information. My tracking ID is: "LO585310185CN".

Hi Livo,

It left China on Dec. 7 and is in transit to Netherlands now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
