Have not got any updates in over 20 days when is my delivery date?

I’ve been looking for more information on where exactly my package is and when I should expect delivery. It’s been a month since my order was confirmed and the last information I received was on May 1st.... my tracking number is UJ342799647CN . Please provide me with an expected date of delivery and reason why I have not received any updates in the past 20 days. Thank you.

Hi DiscHillary,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after May 1. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

On 7/25 estimated delivery was 7/23; no updates (2 replies)

Item shipped on 5/30. Tracking never updated except for estimated delivery date. The last update was on 7/25, and for two days it claimed the estimated delivery date was 7/23. No updates since. Now there is a yellow box on the tracking page that says “This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates.”

Can you please provide some clarity to this situation? Thank you and have a great weekend.
